Encouraging men to open up, seek help and get regular health checks .
At No Rubber Gloves, we are dedicated to encouraging men to take charge of their health. We want to break down barriers and stigma around men seeking help for health concerns. This can include prostate and testicular cancer, mental health issues, stress and anxiety diabetes and other key health concerns.
Having trouble when you pee?
Needing to go more at night, struggling with flow, or seeing blood where it shouldn’t be? All potential signs of a prostate problem — better to talk about it early than deal with it late.
Noticed a lump, swelling, or a heavy feeling down there?
Maybe a dull ache in your belly or groin? It might be harmless — or it could be something more serious. Check it out early.
Tightness, pressure, or pain in your chest?
Feeling short of breath, dizzy, sweaty, or unusually tired? Don’t ignore it — especially if it’s not going away. Call 999. It could be a heart attack.
Unexplained weight loss or gain isn’t just down to luck or lifestyle.
It could be a sign of something more serious — from hormone imbalances to underlying health conditions. Don’t ignore the shift. Get it checked.
Stress and anxiety can hit your mind and body hard.
Messing with your sleep, mood, focus, and even your health. It’s more than just feeling tense. If it’s building up or dragging you down, it’s time to talk about it.
Feeling low, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted?
Struggling to concentrate, constantly worried, or burdened by guilt or anxiety? You’re not alone. These could be signs your mental health needs attention.
Constantly thirsty, running to the toilet more than usual?
Feeling wiped out, or losing weight without trying? Don’t brush it off. These could be early signs of diabetes. Catching it early makes a big difference.
If you’re feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, or like things can’t get better.
Please don’t suffer in silence. Talking to someone can make all the difference.
Support is here. You are not alone.
